Lake Frederick contains two sections, one is an active adult community for residents that are 55 years of age or older, while the other section is open to all residents.
Lake Frederick’s Trilogy® by Shea Homes includes many amenities for those looking for an active lifestyle. Some of the amenities are also open to the public to enjoy the community and surrounding area.
Shenandoah Lodge and Athletic Club
The center of the community is the newly created 36,000 square foot clubhouse that houses first class resort amenities. Areas include food, fitness, relaxation, and programming to inspire members to get to know each other and remain active. The lodge helps members make use of Lake Frederick while enjoying their favorite activities. The upstairs of the lodge is be open to the public and residents of the Ryan Homes side of the lake, while the downstairs is open to residents of the 55+ community.
Region’s 117
Paying homage to the size of the lake, 117 acres, and the local area, Region’s 117 restaurant serves made-from-scratch foods sourced from the local community. The restaurant is open to the public so friends and family can enjoy the wood fired grill and view of the lake.
Inglenook
Pull up a seat by the large fireplace and enjoy a drink menu that includes tap beers, wines, craft beers and well known brands. Local spirits are also featured.
The Paddock
Private dining for birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions is available in this private dining suite in Lake Frederick. You’ll be able to choose from the menu or create something special with the chef.
The Veranda
What better way to enjoy the views of Lake Frederick than the Veranda that runs the length of the lodge. Lounge with friends while enjoying a drink or meal from the restaurant or bar areas.
The Grand Living Room
The Grand Living Room is an extension of your home to enjoy and socialize.
Crow’s Nest
